About QDRO Helper

QDRO Helper provides both family law attorneys and divorced/legally separated individuals with access to reasonably priced QDROs. Each and every QDRO is personally drafted by an attorney licensed to practice law in California, not by a paralegal or legal assistant.

QDRO Helper utilizes technology to the fullest to offer our clients convenient, quality legal services while still maintaining reasonable prices. Our primary focus is on customer service; we are friendly and approachable and will gladly explain the QDRO process and terms within every QDRO to our clients. Unlike many other QDRO preparation firms or services, we do not just generate a document without any additional support. QDRO Helper knows that divorce can be a confusing process and the division of retirement benefits is complex and often involves both state law and federal law. We truly want to ensure that for every client, all of your questions are answered, that the meaning of the QDRO is clear to you, and that you are completely comfortable with signing the QDRO.

About the Owner

QDRO Helper was founded in 2012 by attorney Madeline L.
